The elements of good performance: The priorities for providers

Abstract

HOUSING CARE AND SUPPORT significantly contribute to the delivery of a socially inclusive and healthy society. The Government has started to make that contribution explicit and to articulate the expectations of organisations that provide those services. This article explores the agenda and some of the practical implications for providers.
