Abstract

The Sharing Caring Project (SCP) in Sheffield supports carers between the age of 55 and 96 years who are known to be still caring at home for a person with learning disabilities. Many of these carers now have needs of their own as well as being carers. They need help to maintain the care they give and to plan for the future. This paper describes one approach.
