Abstract

What counts as a good set of standards to test performance? Two and a half years ago a planning team made up of practitioners from the various projects and regions met to decide on a set of standards which would cover all Adullam's housing and support services. They are intended to cover a person's progress from the moment of enquiry through to the point when support is withdrawn.
