Empowerment in healthcare

Abstract

Explores the trends of health care delivery and how health care workers will need to develop different ways of relating to each other and their clients. These different ways of relating will improve health status and outcomes of clients. The model is described as a way an organization can pursue the strategies to achieving different ways of relating to their clients. The article gives pragmatic ideas about how to begin developing these different relationships.
