How can I rank processes, learning and growth?
Abstract
A thoughtfully designed, repurposed, creatively used employee survey can solve this and many other measurement problems. Who is in a better position to comment knowledgeably about matters such as internal business processes and learning and development than the front‐line employees who do the day‐to‐day work?
