Developing effective employee learning experiences : One size does not fit all
Abstract
When an employee needs to learn something new, our tendency is to follow a fairly predictable model – send them off on a course. Experience shows, however, that this one‐size‐fits‐all solution often does not result in the change in behavior or performance that we seek. How then do we generate a more positive result?
