TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES IN THE NORTH‐EAST

Abstract

The findings of a research project on the training and development of managers in the North‐East have recently been published which provide insights into important trends. The report focuses on the priorities and needs which employers accord to training and development.
