Abstract
Future developments in manufacturing planning and control are envisaged here in advance of the BPICS Annual Conference. A unique range of skills and experience is reviewed under various topics including master planning, pipeline management, production activity control, JIT and MRP, performance measurement, making systems work, and continuous improvement.
