The Housing and Urban Development Bill: implications for residential property management
Abstract
Considers the implications for property managers of the new Housing and Urban Development Bill. Examines the new law relating to the approval of codes of practice, and the proposals by the RICS and ARMA. Concludes that the Bill is a step towards building a practical, professional future for an industry which needs to raise its standards.
