Abstract

Chronicles Performance Chemicals' attitude to individualized products and greater service attention. States that, following downsizing, the survivors of this multinational group subsidiary were amenable to change, plus their level of ability had increased. Outlines some findings on market‐driven changes led by staff at the frontline of customer contact — defined as change agents.
