Abstract

Purpose

Reveals that global recruitment company FiveTen Group has deployed DaXtra Capture software across five of its brands in the US, Australia, UK and EMEA – with Russia soon to follow.

Design/methodology/approach

Examines the reasons for the deployment, the form it takes and the advantages it has brought.

Findings

Explains that the software has streamlined the capture of candidate data, enabling the business to reduce administrative effort and ensure consultants have immediate access to information.

Practical implications

Describes how, in a time-sensitive market, eradicating the administrative overhead is enabling FiveTen Group consultants to rapidly identify candidates who will deliver value and spend time creating the strong relationships that are key to demonstrating value to clients.
