Line Communications is delivering digital training for the most extensive model-range renewal in the history of Volvo Cars.

The renewal is based on Volvo’s human-centered design philosophy, Designed Around You, which puts the customer experience at the center of everything Volvo does.

Line is delivering a digital program using a range of channels, including e-learning and mobile-enabled solutions. The training is being delivered globally to all Volvo dealerships in 18 languages. The training covers product information, such as the new exterior design, technology and interior features.

The training is not, however, only about the products. Through interactive online scenarios it also enables sales consultants to learn how to deliver a premium experience to both new and existing Volvo customers.

Line’s automotive-account director, Sean Nugent, said: “Our innovative approach to people-centered learning fits perfectly with Volvo’s renewed range.”
