Formation of Basco-Actel Inc in the USA
The BASCO Group of cathodic protection specialist companies (BASCO Ltd, Bosford Anode Supply Company Ltd and ACTEL Limited) announce the expansion of their International Group with the formation of BASCO-ACTEL Inc, in Houston USA.
The new company will manufacture mixed metal oxide anodes for the oil, gas, water and construction industries and will be managed locally by vice president, Cathy Johannessen (formally of ELTECH Systems Corporation, LIDA Products Group) (Plate 1).
BASCO-ACTEL Inc. will also assemble/distribute other BASCO products including magnesium and tubular silicon iron anodes and specialist cables as well as representing BASCO's Engineering Services for worldwide projects that are engineered in the USA.
