Improved turnaround times and prices
New agreements between British Aerospace Aviation Services and its main OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) component suppliers will reduce turnaround times on rotable spares for C and D checks for Airbus A300 and A310 aircraft at the company's Filton, Bristol facility. These partnerships will enable the company to offer airlines fixed prices with guaranteed service exchanges.
Agreements between the company and major suppliers Lucas Aerospace of Solihull, UK; Sabena of Brussels; and AEM of Stansted account for almost three quarters of all removables for C and D checks at British Aerospace Aviation Services.
