Meggitt plc has announced that it has acquired the business and assets of Elastomeric Silicone Products, Inc. (ESP) which is a privately owned company based in McMinnville, Oregon, USA, employing approximately 140 people. The value of the net assets acquired is approximately $2.2 million.
ESP, which will be integrated into the Aerospace Components business unit. is a world class supplier of polymer based seals to major aircraft manufacturers.
