Cobham plc disposes of Hymatic subsidiary
Cobham plc has sold its wholly-owned subsidiary company The Hymatic Group and its subsidiary The Hymatic Engineering Company Limited to a new company, Glancespace Limited (Newco) backed by Lloyds Development Capital Limited (LDC). Hymatic's management team has been given the opportunity by LDC to subscribe for shares in Newco. Hymatic is a precision engineering business whose main activities are the design, manufacture and supply of fluid control and cryogenic products to civil and military aerospace markets and defence markets.
