Vacu-Blast, part of the USF Surface Preparation Group, has produced a new 12-page colour brochure detailing its extensive range of blastrooms, which offers the versatility to provide an efficient and cost-effective solution to virtually any abrasive blasting or shot peening blast enclosure problem.
The range has evolved around two basic and well-proven principles of operation the environmentally advanced "Waffle-Floor" pneumatic recovery design and the economic "Pulsomatic" mechanical recovery type. These are available in hundreds of size/specification options, including versions to accommodate other processes such as metal spraying or painting. Vacu-Blast can also customise blastrooms for specific requirements and offers economically-priced blast-room components for the "self-build" customer.
Vacu-Blast blastrooms utilise the latest materials technology, modular construction techniques and environmental safeguards, to ensure a long working life and maximum operator comfort. There is no restriction on blastroom size, from 3m3 upwards, and all types of blast media can be used.
