Manufactured by Betatronix of the USA, these assemblies provide systems designers with a complete package. In most applications, the potentiometer's performance is more critical than the motor's. However, these modules are generally assembled by the motor manufacturer, who has limited knowledge of the assembly techniques used in potentiometers. Betatronix can supply the complete motor-pot assembly or mount the potentiometer to the motor at its own facility.

Betatronix produces assemblies with AC motors, low-inertia DC motors, brushless DC motors, spring returns and either single- or multi-turn potentiometers.

Betatronix has been building precision conductive plastic potentiometers for many years. All of its potentiometers are designed and tested to meet the requirements of military specifications MIL-R-39023 and MIL-R-12934. Their excellent "dither life" makes them ideal for use in demanding applications such as missile fin actuators.
