Following the successful launch of its Clean-Tek ultrasonic equipment last year, ISPC Surface Preparation has launched a new family of ultrasonic cleaners.

Clean-Tek ultrasonic cleaning is described as a safe and efficient procedure, which ensures perfect and contamination free cleaning in the shortest possible time. By incorporating a special ultrasonic oscillator, which uses sweep system technology, cleaning of delicate or complex components is now faster and more thorough, with many advantages over alternative methods (Plate 2).

Clean-Tek ultrasonic cleaners utilise advanced electronic components and are available in ten tank sizes from 300 × 330 × 150 mm deep to 600 × 500 × 300 mm deep. Each can be supplied with a choice of controllers from Version M which is a simple timer to Model EP – a technologically advanced digital display controller with provides process cycle timing, variable temperature, and nine-process memory capability.

To complement the ultrasonic cleaners, a wide range of Aqua-Tek cleaning, degreasing and corrosion inhibiting solutions are also available.
