Cessna 210's and T210's Get Hartzell top prop performance conversion

Hartzell Propeller Inc., has announced that it has received an STC for a new three-bladed propeller on 1966-1969 model Cessna 210's and 1966-1974 model T210's. The new propeller is an increased diameter version of the Hartzell scimitar propeller that has been installed on over 500 1970-1984 model Cessna 210's.

The new 80in. diameter, three- bladed scimitar propeller will reportedly provide operators with improved take-off and climb performance, as well as the same or better cruise performance compared to the original equipment propeller. According to Hartzell the new propeller will also provide the reduced maintenance costs that come with Hartzell's longer 2,400h/6 year TBO and exclusive Plus Three warranty, which delivers a full three years or 1,000h of coverage.

The new Cessna 210 and T210 Top Prop Performance Conversion kit comes complete with the three-bladed scimitar propeller, highly-polished spinner and STC paperwork.
