Dexter Corporation Electronic Materials has announced the introduction of two new general white legend inks, Hysol Legend 80 and Hysol Legend 60.
Hysol Legend 80 is a liquid photoimageable, fully aqueous, gloss, white nomenclature ink which provides fine line resolution not achievable with screen printing. The new ink can resolve characters down to two-point size.
A second product, Hysol Legend 60 is a twocomponent, epoxy thermal cure, white legend ink with extremely long pot life up to three weeks. It withstands multiple thermal shocks without yellowing and may be applied before hot air levelling. This product meets or exceeds BELCORE and IPC-SM-840C standards.
