PPC, the Swiss PCB manufacturer, has recently expanded its production space to include a new four-storey building covering an area of 9,000m2, effectively doubling the total production area. New office accommodation has also been provided for some areas of administration and management.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, the year 2000 saw another noteworthy success: with a total of 450 employees and a production area of 5,000 square meters, the firm achieved sales of CHF 112 million, breaking through the 100-million sales barrier for the first time with growth of 38 per cent against the previous year.
PPC Electronic AG specialises in highly complex multilayer boards (up to 48 layers) and achieves an annual average of 20 layers.
