Keywords: Isola

Donald D. Jobe has, at his own request, resigned with effect from 31 August 2001 his membership with the Board of Directors of Isola AG, Dueren and the same time resigned office as CEO of Isola Laminate Systems USA.

For over 30 years, Mr Jobe has worked in various positions within the laminate industry and has, since the take-over by Isola AG of the electro-laminate business from Allied Signal Corp., contributed significantly to the integration of these two businesses.

The Supervisory Board (Aufsichtsrat) and the Board of Directors (Vorstand) of Isola AG would like to thank Donald D. Jobe for his commitment and his contributions towards shaping the new Isola AG.

In line with the restructure of the world-wide organization of Isola AG, Dennis Ford has already taken over operative responsibility for the region of America, beginning on 1 July 2001. He will now report to the Speaker of the Board of Directors of Isola AG, Michael Kowalski.

Also effective as of 1 July 2001, the responsibility for the regions of Asia and Europe has been reassigned. David W.S. Lee, CEO Isola Asia Pacific, will report to Dr Peter Gaydoul, CFO, of Isola AG, whereas the newly appointed Head of Europe, Renaldo Finamore will report to COO Augusto Meozzi.
