Project Evaluation in Research and Development
Abstract
THE industrial organization today finds itself in an environment within which there are an ever increasing number of problems to be tackled. Managers, in addition to coping with problems arising out of current pressures within and outside their organizations, must endeavour to search out those investment opportunities which will most help the organization achieve its objectives in future time periods.
