PERSONNEL STRATEGY AND ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT: A Case Study
Abstract
This study concerns a company in Britain in the electronics industry. It is the subsidiary of an American parent which has been established about 14 years in England. During this period it has grown from a mere handful of English and American engineers, to a complex fully developed company of two and a half thousand employees. Its development represents, in miniature, that of the electronics industry; namely extremely rapid growth with a high technological content and a predominantly youthful management.
