The Japan of Europe:: Which Country Will Earn the Title?

Abstract

Quality, reliability and suitability are far greater influences than price consideration when Western consumers and professional buyers choose goods and services from the Pacific Basin. It may be too late for Europe to counteract the effect totally, but the first country to master total quality management could at least become the “Japan of Europe”.
