Towards a Corporate College Staff

Abstract

As a change from buildings and their equipment we take a look this month at the human aspect of college life. Dr Jackson describes an agreeable experiment in human relations — an operation carried out on a not immediately willing staff, for purposes generally beneficial rather than remedial. Its success suggests that other colleges might find this a worthwhile experiment.
