Abstract

Company results can be measured in physical terms (eg tons or dozens) or in terms of time (eg standard minutes) or in money terms. The first two will be essential for many purposes, and indeed the successful adoption of Added Value concepts may make them more rather than less important: ie more detailed information will be needed about why changes have taken place.
