Will your language trainings programme do?

Abstract

In recent years some of the larger British companies have begun to provide training in foreign languages for their employees. Are these training schemes adequate? Should not smaller companies and individual executives be thinking about this? And are those companies who have already undertaken such schemes getting value for money?
