Abstract

Any assessment of the Impact of Europe on industrial relations in the UK needs to take account of three factors: • the current situation in Europe and the direction of present trends, compared with the UK • the International Trade Union Movement • the effect of British entry on the balance of power in Europe, particularly in the Trade Union movement.
