(Joined BOC in 1971 as a Commercial Trainee, became Sales Promotion Co‐ordinator (WPD) at Cricklewood in 1972, then Branch Manager at Preston (Gases) in July 1973, from where he moved to Chartridge in July 1975 to BOC's management training centre at Chartridge, where he is now a tutor. He was educated at Ampleforth College and Manchester University)

Abstract
Eight months ago I developed a business game that had some new and very useful characteristics. Having now run the game on two courses I would like to trace the progress we have made.
