The engineering option 1

Abstract

‘Delaying job decisions until comparatively late inevitably makes fuzzy one's definition of oneself as an adult.’ These words are from Professor Jerome Bruner the foremost psychologist of today, whom Oxford University succeeded in wooing from Harvard several years ago. But this saying of Professor Bruner has failed as yet to penetrate the minds of many of Britain's schoolmasters who wish their adolescent pupils to maintain, regarding their adulthood, an open mind as long as humanly possible.
