Abstract

This is the title of a new book which is, in reality, the collected works of Reg Revans covering a period of forty years. The book has been heavily sponsored by several companies and institutions, including GEC, ITT, Foster Wheeler, Warburton's of Bolton and the Fondation Industrie‐Université de Bruxelles. This sponsorship has enabled the publisher to sell the book for a price of £8, less than one third the normal retail value.
