Abstract

The purpose of this article is to compare the effectiveness of arrangements in the United Kingdom for ensuring the long‐term value of commercial property investments with the results achieved by methods employed in the United States. Perhaps the traditional methods for protecting real estate investments in England need to be improved to avoid the effects of depreciation.
