THE VALUATION OF WOODLANDS

Abstract

Forestry valuations are necessary for many purposes and are required for people of widely varying resources and circumstances. As this paper will show, it is often difficult to value for a client properly without knowing his financial and tax position, his objectives and the purpose for which the valuation has to be made.
