Abstract

It is the general attitude that as a society we grow and learn from our mistakes and improve the welfare of society as a whole. History is currently in jeopardy of repeating itself in that there is a remarkable similarity between attitudes about older workers and the beliefs many managers held about female and minority workers 25 years ago.
