Abstract

CONFIDENCE towards the future is by no means common in these times. That is why the decision of W. & R. Holmes to continue publication of LIBRARY REVIEW—despite the loss through retirement of an editor of great experience, despite conditions of great commercial uncertainty—is a matter for congratulation. LR plans now what is to come.
