Abstract

The mere mention of liberal studies means one thing for certain — controversy and perhaps acrimony as well. The individual will have his own ideas on the subject, and the many individuals who constitute a college will cherish a multitude of opinions. Ewell Technical College, which has an enthusiastic and progressive Principal to guide it, has acted on the belief that liberal studies should foster a variety of talents outside the students' normal curriculum and that they should bring together students who would otherwise never work in company.
