TRAINING: A BUSINESS ACTIVITY

Abstract

In July the author discussed the essential background information the ETO needs: company policy, manpower budgeting, relations with colleges and schools, unions, professional bodies, and so on — but also relations within the Company. In August, the main topic was methods of recruitment, last month it was training new staff. This month's article completes the series.
