Abstract

Conditions of service in Scottish FE While the wide variations in conditions of service among teachers in Further Education still cause great discontent among some college staffs in England and Wales, some progress is being made in Scotland. The Rodger Committee, set up in March 1963 to review the conditions of service of full‐time FE teachers and consider any necessary changes, has now reported.
