Abstract

One might hazard that there are at least ten engineering teachers for every teacher of catering subjects in further education. One need hardly hazard that 2 000 engineers would give up a Saturday to travel from all parts of the country to a national conference at Oxford, as did 200 caterers on 12th February for the year's first conference of the Catering Teachers' Association.
