CAREERS 1: The hospital service

Abstract

This feature introduces our new careers series in which we seek to record our impressions of certain careers, after much field work. Some information is given, but readers are advised to contact the addresses on p 421 should they require detailed information. Manpower figures throughout are given as whole‐time equivalents.
