The Skinheads

Abstract

The nasties are at it again. A comparison between the Select Committee's report on student relations and the second Black Paper shows the difference between doing the homework and just guessing. The Select Committee, after an exhausting, if not dangerous excursion into the world of the young, has arrived at reasoned conclusions in support of the majority of students — while putting the actions of a vocal minority into perspective. It would be an interesting exercise to conduct a similar investigation into the Black Paper cabal itself, for they are nothing if not a vocal minority.
