Abstract

What do they get up to at Coombe Lodge, the FE staff college in the depths of Somerset? There've always been rumours of minds turning peculiar in the rustic isolation, not to mention speakers competing with mooing cows to get their message across. But no one could have predicted the reaction provoked by an innocent anecdote to an after dinner group of tutors.
