Viewpoint: ROSLA—a year of wasted opportunity

Abstract

Juvenile unemployment is running at disturbingly high figures. In part, this is due to the depressed state of the economy. But, even when the upswing occurs, the basic problem will remain: namely, the education system is failing both our youngsters and the country.
