Abstract

As a piece of scientific wizardry, microelectronic technology has a way of engendering remarkable faith in its own ability to initiate industrial and social change. Modern man, and that includes the educationist, has shown his firm belief in the capacity of science to change the world. A revolution in both product and production process is promised which will result, so the Council for Educational Technology for one tells us:
