Abstract

Feedback is information about past behaviour or knowledge of results presented to the individual who has performed. A system of feedback about job performance is central to motivating and encouraging the desired actions; and in the absence of a good feedback system, employees develop their own information system. Hence if a good network of feedback does not already exist, one should be established.
