Field leadership
Abstract
Field training — In normal circumstances, salesmen should receive their basic training before they are assigned to the field. From time to time, they may be required to attend further courses on sales techniques and product technicalities. Aside from this, it is the responsibility of the Field Manager to ensure that all aspects of training are practised and perfected in the field.
