Abstract

If we look back at how we acquired most of our knowledge, questioning or being questioned will be found to have played a significant part. For this reason it is opportune to look at the part which questioning plays in the training situation, and how by understanding and refining the technique of using questions in the classroom we can improve the transfer of learning.
