Time management mechanised — a case study

Abstract

The Scott Bader Co. Ltd's chemical site in the village of Wollaston, Northants, consists of around 200 acres of land and buildings, with the main office housed in a stately home. The company's Community Council representatives decided to look into setting up a flexible working hours scheme in the latter part of 1981.
